Practical & affordable

A practical apartment in a very safe area. A bit older. The layout of the two bedroom apartments leave little kitchen space, but two bedrooms and a kitchen at a very good price! Small, small bathroom. Do it’s not luxury, but practical enough that I’ve stayed here 10+ days two years in a row.

Completely met my needs. Comfortable apartment with a kitchen in an excellent location and at a very affordable price. Stayed 10 nights. Excellent restaurants nearby. Access to Metrobus a few blocks away. Access to subway half a mile away. Clean (but not new), friendly staff (but the budget doesn't go to a lobby). I needed a two-bedroom apartment for a reasonable price and this was an excellent fit. Very happy with Rochester 10 and hope to stay here again in the future.

En general bien. La cocineta nos sirvió muchísimo. Camas algo incómodas pero el servicio del personal bueno. Algunas ventanas no cerraban en su totalidad entonces se metía el frio por la noche. Cortinas de la sala eran chicas y la luz se filtraba desde muy temprano y en la noche no había 100% de privacidad. Tener Netflix ayudó muchísimo. Si algún día tenemos que regresar tal vez pidamos cuarto con cama más grande.
