The staff were all kind and helpful!! Unfortunately, the rooms/bathroom had a bad scent, and my friend found hairs on her sheets. If you’re not too bothered by such things, you may enjoy your stay. If you’re sensitive to smells and/or have hygiene concerns, you may not be comfortable here.

I arrive at the hotel at around 10am. They allowed me to check in early, which was great. I did not find any major issues. Although the shower heads could have been better. Other than that it was really great experience. The hotel was almost always close to everything. Great location

Hotel is old and outdated but a perfect place if you’re on a budget and not looking for anything fancy. Clean room. Restaurant on site is convenient and the food is decent. Location is great. Just a half block from Metro station so easy to take transit anywhere in the city. Only major complaint was staying in 4 different rooms over 12 days. After 5 days in first room, was told I had to move to a different room due to “maintenance issues”. The streaming apps on the TV in the second room did not work so they moved me to a third room 2 days later. Two days before I was due to check out, they told me I had to move to another room because they were having all of the carpets on that floor cleaned. They need to coordinate these maintenance/cleaning issues with their reservation system so they don’t inconvenience their guests.

A good budget hotel to stay in that does the job! The location is great and the hotel staff are helpful. Also the restaurant is decent if you're tired of eating tacos everyday outside. Rooms are dated and are with very limited amenities; no fridge!
