Couple fixer uppers that have to be taken care of , but overall loved the hotel, yes I would stay there again. LOVE the rooftop. The hospitality is amazing and best location. Everything is a walk away

I recommend getting a room AWAY from the street as it will be noisy and your patio door does not seal well and definitely not sound proof.

It is a great place to stay, the location is amazing! walking and transportation, the metro bus is just in front of the property, there are a lot of restaurants walking distance. It was very clean, it doesnt have air conditioner we got a lil hot, so I am not sure if its a good place to stay in hot weather, Overall it was a good place to stay.

Everything was exceptional, just a little sugestión to pay attention to the shower hot water, barely started to drip a little bit. Other than that the hospitality was amazing!

Reception is a bit of a hassel, one of the ladies in particular rude. The room was cozy but nothing to clean or wipe on the kitchen. No Lock chain. Overall okay.

Check In Process

The check in process was a bit confusing. It seems to be unorganized as they only gave me the key to one room when I had reserved 2 rooms and the receptionist claims that I had only reserved one room. It wasn’t until their colleague was able to verify that I had in fact reserved 2 rooms. Because of that, I had to be charged twice in my card. There seems to be a miscommunication between Hotels.com and their hotel system.

the placed smelled stale and needed venting which caused us to get sick especially my wife for 3 days as we had a wedding to attend to. We called that same night and asked for another room that might have air conditioner /heater to use and they advise none were available or with open windows and they advised non of them came with that amenity. The bathroom door could not close and lock. The main door to unit could not lock as the latch on the door were not put in correctly and even if we latch the chain on the door , upon opening the door it would come off an open. between the living room floor and carpet there were sharp edges of the tile that bothered you upon walking but the worst part was that there was a screw or nail on the carpet sticking out and while my wife walked punctured her foot. It was difficult to find another hotel with limited time in addition to my wife being sick in bed for 3days which major sinus infection
