3 bedroom sustainable House in a traditional Mexican Vecindad decorated with Graffiti Murals with Beautiful Trees!

Rainwater Harvesting, Solar Panels, Solar Waterheater, Worm Composter.

Two bedrooms have high ceilings with a floating cantilevered wooden staircase that leads to a loft with full size beds. Master bedroom has a buddhist shrine, a beautiful flower balcony with an outdoor shower, and private bathtub with skylight in the bathroom.

The space
Casa de Meztli – This sustainable home has three stories and 3.5 bedrooms, with each room available for individual rental. It is listed as House #4.
• Colibri Loft Bedroom: An elevated full-size bed with a floating staircase, adorned with a Hummingbird Mosaic Mural. The room shares a full bathroom with the Succulent Loft Bedroom.
• Succulent Loft Bedroom: An elevated full-size bed with a floating staircase, adorned with a mesmerizing succulent mural. The room shares a full bathroom with the Colibri Loft Bedroom.
• Penthouse: Features a king-size bed below a ceiling mirror within a jungle of vines, along with an outdoor shower in a balcony filled with lush plants and a traditional Mexican fountain. The full private bathroom has a bathtub that comfortably fits three, and the balcony has private access to the rooftop, which is an ideal spot for yoga during sunsets. Also includes small kitchenette with small fridge, Italian Cappuccino Machine and a sink.
• Japanese Sleeping Closet: A half-bedroom with a single bed designed for couch-surfers or hippies that overstay their welcome.
• The home also features sustainable technologies, including a rainwater harvesting system, solar hot water shower heaters, solar panels, vegetable gardens with drip irrigation technology, a Recycle or Die waste program, worm composters, and drinking water purification stations with a shared water bottle system to avoid buying bottled water.
