Well appointed comfortable rooms in a very safe if somewhat impersonal neighbothood with upscale shopping and residences. Plenty of dining options and night life nearby as well as a great restaurant in house. The staff was particularly responsive and helpful and made our 5 day stay delightful

I had such a wonderful experience at The Alest hotel. The staff was so kind and attentive. The room was always clean and stocked. They had great robes (I love hotels with robes). I’ve stayed at other hotels in Mexico City, but The Alest is easily the best one. I’m definitely staying here on my next visit!
