Our stay at Xoma was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive; a special thank you to Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the sheets smelled incredible. Honestly, if I could move in, I would. Every detail made our stay unforgettable.

Best hotel experience ever

This was truly one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. The property was stunning. The room was out of this world. And the staff and service were some of the best we’ve experienced from our travels around the world. I cannot speak more highly of this property and its staff.

We came to CDMX for a girls’ trip and the XOMA was perfect! We stayed in a Luxe apartment, which was perfect for 5 of us. The area is close to lots of eating and shopping in Roma Norte. We felt very safe. The rooftop was great to hang out and the complimentary morning breakfast was very convenient!! Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Xoma in Roma Norte with my family of five, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel incredibly welcome and attended to. The space itself was spacious and exceeded all our expectations, comfortably accommodating our entire family. The attention to detail, combined with the convenient location, made our stay absolutely perfect. Xoma in Roma Norte is truly a gem, and we look forward to returning!

We stayed as a family of four in the two bedroom apartment. It was a fantastic experience the whole time. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. The rooftop was a very cool place to relax and see the city. My kids swam in the pool a couple times while we enjoyed happy hour with a view. The apartment was spacious, clean and a safe, comfortable place to relax any time of day. I highly recommend Xoma and hope to return for another wonderful vacation.

The architecture was unique. The furniture in the living room is a little worn and the daily cleaning was spotty. Floors weren't always swept and towels were not replenished during our 4 night stay.

This was my second trip to Mexico City, and first time staying at Xoma. This place is a hidden gem. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Armando went out of his way to make sure that our group of 10 had everything we needed. His customer service, friendly smile, and willingness to help out made our trip so much better. The hotel is within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants, so eating and shopping are not a problem. The apartments are HUGE, and very comfortable. There are not a ton of reviews about this place yet... but do your self a favor and just go. You wont regret it.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind, often going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us arrange airport transportation in advance of our trip and were quick to respond to questions. Someone was waiting to open the door when we returned to the hotel each day and we were welcomed back by name by the front desk staff. Our room was beautiful and very functional with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms- perfect for a family traveling to Mexico City. The location couldn’t be better. There are so many options for restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance in lovely Roma Norte. The hotel rooftop offers spectacular views of the city and is a great respite after touring all day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!
