The property is very nice. Spacious apartments with very tall ceilings, large showers, and modern furniture. The service was inconsistent, but after complaining about the Front Desk, the manager Karla, was wonderful in improving our experience for us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying there. The neighborhood is quite walkable and the location is fantastic.

Xoma was a nice property. Our room was really nice. The service from the front desk people was less than desirable. We felt that the lady in the evenings didn’t want to really talk to us and seemed distracted on her phone calls. The man in the morning wasn’t pleasant. Everything is amazing. I have stayed many times and I love it. Any Viadora properties are amazing. But I don’t appreciate having staff that is not Mexican. Mexico has the best service ever, other nationalities have an edge and are not as helpful and friendly.
