Quiet, Clean, and Roomy

I was in town for business, so I didn't get to take in the beautiful property, but the space was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. I got great rest and was ready to take on the day!

FRANCOISE

Beautiful peaceful setting, but no chair or place to sit outside to enjoy it, other than standing. Property totally black dark after the sun set. When coming back had to use the flashlight on my phone to navigate from my car to the door. Could lock suite when inside, but no way to lock it when I left, felt vulnerable and kind of scared as I was alone as a female walking into my suite unlocked when I had been gone all day. And the five days I was there the owners upstairs were never home, so the suite was unlocked with never anyone there. A pen and paper would have been nice. I had to write an additional note I wanted to leave in the wedding card written on a piece of paper towel. How about a chest of drawers or a closet? The closet was locked. Had to lay my clothes and things on a spare bed. 3 facecloths for 5 days. Because of these things, I did not really feel welcome, I felt they did the minimum for the money.

The pictures make it a bit confusion in the lay out. It worked for our family but I wouldn’t want to share a bedroom with multiple people if it was with a group of friends. There was not enough silverware, plates cups and bowls for my family of 5. There is no grill to cook outside which we do a lot of during the summer. For my family I wouldn’t come again it just wasn’t the right fit, maybe for a couple or single person. I host was easy to get ahold of and the place was nest and clean.

Quiet setting in the country.

A very quiet setting in the country. Convenient location to the Salmon River and World-class fishing. Host was very kind and well responsive of our needs. I'd definitely use again, if available.

Fishing trip

Our weekend trip was great. We had a great time catching a lot of fish. Our VRBO was just right for me and my 2 boys. When I walked into the basement I noticed the wall was blue and they were Bills fans and to top it off Red Sox fans as well. 😡
