"My daughter is in a wheelchair so we needed an accessible room. We got 111 i believe, did not sleep for three night bc the bed was against the wall for the exit door. Slammed so loudly it would wake both of us. All day and all night and the stairs right beside sounded like cattle stampede all night. ..."
