"This property exceeded all of our expectations. We arrived early and were allowed to check in without any fuss and were shown to a wonderful room (No 1) with a stunning view of the river. We had lunch in the restaurant and while I went to watch the Tour de France, my wife relaxed in the room and walked the dog by the river. "We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. "Incredible idyllic home set on ten beautiful acres. The hostess was incredibly accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The charming family who renovated this 800 year old mini castle spent five years renovating, and it shows. We loved every minute of our visit and we would make a point of returning. Bravo! Mercy!"

"We had a wonderful time at the gite. It is beautifully maintained with everything that you need. Comfy outside furniture and comfy beds! The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. Evelyn and Alain are great hosts and were on hand for anything we needed weather it be a restaurant recommendation or accompanying us to the vets to get our dogs sorted for coming home!
