"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"

Only a 10min walk to the nearest train/tram stop which will take you straight into the city centre or main station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room functional, can’t ask for much more really."
