"We had pre paid our booking, but the hotel couldn’t confirm the payment. Even though we had confirmation and receipt to show. The personal was a bit difficult. But I called Hotels and the talked to the hotel and fixed it. So that we could leave. But a bit unpleasant experience. "

"This is the sweetest place we have ever stayed. We did not want to leave. Stefania is amazing. She got us reservations at the perfect restaurant up the hill. She is wonderful to work with. The bed was incredibly comfortable which is so important. The back yard is perfect for watching the sunset. The views are as advertised. Thank you, Stefania for making our time so memorable."

"This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. The owners knew so many niche places to go and helped us with dinner reservations and local activities. This one a highlight to our trip. Local wine tasting, local butcher, and local pasta maker."
