"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, and the location was excellent. The main issue was the bathroom as the light and fan are on the same switch, and the fan is quite loud. Also, there’s very limited space and no storage. The walls in the room are very thin, and we could clearly hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms, so it’s something to keep in mind."

"We love, love, love the 1 hotel in Miami. The facilities are immaculate, the staff are accommodating and friendly, we’ve always had a gorgeous room when we’ve been there. We had a very small issue with our showerhead- my husband reached out to the concierge and it was fixed immediately while we were at dinner. I had a great, very relaxing prenatal massage and enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants on the premises. If you’re in Miami and want to be on the beach in the lap of luxury, go to 1 hotel!"

" The room had visible mold and an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue during my stay, but the hotel did not offer a room change or any resolution. Due to the unsanitary conditions and lack of action, I was left with no choice but to proceed with a dispute."
