"Clean enough, staff is great and very helpful… Pool chair timing was disappointing. By the time we went upstairs on the terrace to each, by the time we cane back our chairs had a note with the time on it. They take the chairs away if you don’t return in an hour. I didn’t think it was fair as it was impossible to eat that quickly knowing how busy it gets on the weekends "

"Parking was not on site. Had to pay for parking at another hotel. Should’ve just booked with that hotel. A/C was broken the first night and wasn’t comped for the miserable inconvenience of our first night. Plus we had to move all of our belongings for the entire week ourselves. In the confusion, we left jewelry in the safe and couldn’t get the manager to go in the room we had to change from until the other visitors left (yes, they put someone else in the room the A/C wasn’t working in). Which didn’t make sense bc that opened the opportunity for the jewelry to be taken away from us. So sad. There was an intolerable noisy room next to us until 3 am and couldn’t get any response from anyone to rectify the problem. Couldn’t get room cleaned for two days. Will never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. "
