Attending Convention Center

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and upon arrival only studio was available. At check in I accepted the studio with the promise they would issue a credit for the cost differential. Now, three weeks later Expedia advises that no credit is forthcoming.

Overall nice hideaway in Miami Beach

The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is disabled and I failed to mention that fact but they took great care of us. The cons was that you could hear everything thru the walls and it was kinda loud.In front of our room was the smoking section and the smell did creep into the room. Other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind hearing other people going about life.

Great location if you are attending something at the convention center! In a quiet corner so you don’t have to deal with the South Beach craziness, but an easy walk or Uber to the more central areas. Amazing amenities and wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming again for my next convention event!

Great stay

It was a great stay! We had some problems with the air conditioner in our room so they moved us to another room with no problem. Overall it was amazing, cozy room, clean, the stuff was great, problem was quickly solved, we deff recommend!

Great Option, good value

Very spacious accommodation, close to shops, bars restaurants - spoiled for choice! Stayed two night, first night was a little noisy but this did not overlap to the next night.

I stayed at the hotel because I have an event at the Convention Center. This place is everything you want to see! They have everything you need: room's adorable, comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel has an amazing style and many areas where you can rest under the palms. The provided bikes, coffee stations, bottles of water (still and sparkling) that you can refill as many times as you want. WiFi runs! very helpful if you are working, Daily service cleaning, EVERYTHING FOR FREE!!! They also have parking available right in front. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

After paying expedia final price. We got charge.at the hotel and extra $42 Dollars. For resort fee plus $35 dollars parking fee. Plus. We call the front desk for more linen for sofa bed we were told they didn't have anymore available so we have to deal with it. Rude guy answer the front desk. Won't be staying there any. More.

The good…air conditioning works amazing, great location walkable to all the things. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The apartment looked clean and modern at a glance; however the floors were absolutely filthy, the shower had mold all over the window blind, the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear someone taking a shower next door and any and all conversations. There are no accessible plugs in the main bedroom and additional blankets are slim to unavailable. Overall this wasn’t miserable but I would not elect to stay again.

Night in a sauna

When we checked in everything was fine. When we walked into the room it was very warm. We thought it was just because it had been empty and needed the air turned down. We did that. Didn't work. Only way to reach the office was the room phone that didn't work. It was after 6 in Miami Beach in a hotel room with no air conditioning. We got a hold of someone with the company in the middle of the night and were told to tell the office after 7am. No one slept that night. No one was in the office at 7. We had to leave for an excursion at 8 and still no one was in. We got back at noon and the office said someone was working on it. At 4 it was hotter in the room. We went to the office and it was still being worked on. I thought maybe a discount was warrented. She offered a new room. As long as the air worked that was fine by us!!

The staff started out quite gracious with being able to hold luggage for 10 of us (2 rooms) a few hours before check-in. We were told to come back at 2:30 and, at that time, we would be able to check in. We arrived back at that time and were told that check-in wasn't until 3pm and they would have our rooms ready then. Well, 3pm came and went and our rooms were still not ready. We watched the cleaning crew enter our rooms at 2:45 and 3pm and START the cleaning. It wasn't until 4pm that we were actually able to get in our rooms and they still didn't feel clean. There were take out bags still left in one of the rooms and both of them had mold growing on the blinds in the bathrooms. In addition, there were a few people staying in the room next to us, smoking weed right outside of the door and this was only at 5pm! Come 11:00pm, one of the other rooms threw a party and were outside of their room screaming and yelling and the staff sat in the office and did nothing about it. This hotel has so much potential to be a great place to stay when wanting to be near South Beach but, with a staff that doesn't pay attention to detail and care about ALL of the guests, I'm afraid we won't stay there again.
