Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Great location but super skimpy on supplies. Be prepared to only have 2 pots/3 spoons/tiny baths towels/ zero paper products etc.Excellent location, beautiful beach so that’s all that mattered to us!

Great Location

The kitchen was lacking a few utensils and the bedroom doors are a bit noisy (a problem wit sleeping babies) but we still managed to have a pleasant stay. Overall everything was great.

Quick Beach Trip

The room was spacious and comfortable. Beach access was great. Wanted to stay off the beach to grab a few days of sunshine. Yes, the building is one of the older buildings on the beach but the room and views were fantastic.

Under equipped

The pool and beach were great. The condo was the least equipped you'll ever find. 4 total glasses, no paper products other than toilet paper, no condiments, not even salt and pepper, one wooden spatula, etc. Dishwasher but no soap at all except bars in the bathrooms, no wineglasses or anything similar. Just annoying to hit the store miles away for everything you need.

Its was an om stay. We had to buy everything we need for the kitchen and bath. If you plan to stay more than 1 night. Bring everything needed for the bathroom including toothpaste. Kitchen, bring everything including salt and pepper. Other than it was a great stay with a beautiful view. tooth

Property does not look like a dozen in the pictures.

Location was nice, but the furniture does not look like it does in the pictures. It was old and dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable.

Not sure if the property owner, have several units but it is not as displayed. The master room is dressed with double beds and the master is where secondary bed should be; Read the reviews they are pretty spot on with low ratings, as the charges for parking are well hidden (30 daily) while some people at front desk are very attentive, the towel exchange is an adventure and job itself, the information provided is limited (training) when asked about information everyone is confused, the playground displayed does not exist. And furniture is pretty beat up and uncomfortable. Be ready to hit the grocery store as you arrived, 2 wine glasses a few plates a few utensils no condiments ( not that they are obligated) the beach towel services people is rude and seem to go often in power trips.

Place and layout was nice but soon as we walked in our apartment a roach crawled across the living room table.. instantly pissed me off. I tell the front desk and they acted like they knew they had bugs. No apology no money off nothing. Then they switched our room and day 2 we find a bug in that room. The back of our bar chairs was nasty also. Didn’t even it to the pool because we were fed up w/the place. Also They only have 1 working elevator and gave me non working keys twice making me have to use the stairs before we even made it to the room. I have videos but it won’t let me upload them. I want my back. This stay was not it at All

North Miami Vacation

The unit was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, very clean. Anything we did not have, management got for us right away. (dishwashing detergent, toilet paper towels, etc). There is a washer and dryer available near the unit. We had some problems with the televisions, which were handled quickly. The parking spaces were kind of close together, but our SUV fit in fine. The pool area was very nice, but we spent most of our time on the beach, which was very easy to access from the unit. Also, they provided 1 towel for each person daily and 2 chairs for each unit, but you could pay for more, if needed. It was easy to get around from the unit we stayed in.

Horrible place - price gouging

The property is disgusting. It smells and the stairwells are full of roaches. The room was not clean at all and there are very few dishes and flatware. Unless you bring your own cookware, you won’t be eating here. You’ll also want to pack some cleaning supplies to make the place habitable. Parking is an extra 30 a day and beach chairs are 15 dollars each for the day. The staff is rude. The room has no blankets so pack your own. I reached out to the property manager 3 times with no response. Overall horrible Vrbo - the worst Vrbo experience I have had by far. Highly do not recommend.

Great location but Needs work

Great location. Pool is nice and beach is great. Room pictures listed are not the real pictures of the unit you will get. The unit needed lots of updating. Bathrooms are very outdated and kinda gross. TV’s are maybe 32 inches and the one in bedroom didn’t work.

Family Trip

When we arrived our place was not available until later on in the day the bell boys were very nice and helpfull. The massage lady was wonderful thank you for the great job you did. The guys who manage the beach area are extremely rude. o all he was not nice at all if you tent a 2 bedroom place and have 4 guest you should receive 4 long chairs but you are only able to get 2 you have to pay for umbrellas and that should be privided and extra chairs The couch in our place needs to be replaced the back of it is barely holding it up. So much stuff was missing in the kitchen we ended up buying some items and donated it. Other than this place the trip was fun Think twice about booking here!

Does not make it clear that you need to pay a rather very LARGE deposit even when you book via VRBO. Really early checkout at 10am, unfriendly staff. Person that checked me in gave me wrong information about holding bags after checkout and really these photos on VRBO have to be photoshopped or something because the actual unit did NOT match the pictures. I booked a two bedroom unit with 2 double beds and I did not get that upon check in I got 2 king beds instead for 4 people that are not couples. Wish I could’ve booked somewhere else as soon as I checked in. PLEASE remove these intentionally doctored pictures!!!!

Frustrating but clean

The room itself was clean and exactly what we needed. But the WiFi was horrible and getting connected to it was a problem. It was extremely slow. Couldn’t get my laptop connected to it at all! We had to ask for blankets because there was not enough blankets to for all the beds we had in the room. There were additional fees for parking and a deposit for the room that were not disclosed in advance to us getting there. I had been communicating with the host to ask for early entrance even if it was to drop of our luggage being that we were coming from a cruise and NO one contacted us back in 8 hrs. We went to start the oven to cook and it smoked as well as the burners themselves. We were only staying 1 night so not a huge issue but if we were staying for longer the purpose of having a stove is to cook so you don’t need to buy meals every day and we would not have been able to do that.

HORRIBLE STAY

There were roaches in the bathroom, I caught one of them and took it down to the front desk, the guy did even apologize, all he said is that is disgusting and why did I bring it down there, I told him what is disgusting is that I pay so much money for a vacation rental and have to deal with roaches, he said that he would send a maintenance man up to check the bathroom, no one ever came. This property as I understood it was to be beachfront property, all I saw on the balcony were boats dock in the water. There was water all over the garage area for the full 7 day, we had to walk through water to get to our vehicle. Could not get a beach towel after 5:30 pm and could not get a beach chair until after 10:00 AM, I book for 4 people in the room but was told you only get 1 beach chair per room and had to pay for any additional chairs. These are all things you should tell folks prior to them booking.
