The hotel has a great location and view, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our room was dirty upon check-in—we even found empty bottles, and there was dust everywhere. Housekeeping never came during our stay. The elevator takes a long time to arrive as it stops to pick up multiple guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing despite the good location and view.
