perfect for a couple

we stayed here for our entire trip to Miami, and found the location to be perfect for everything we had planned for our trip. The host was extremely easy to get in touch with and very nice. We really didn’t have any issues at all. The place was cute and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with their spouse or alone .

Cute place but....

Pictures are misleading and inaccurate. Needs updated pictures as of 3/21. The outdoor area is not how it is in the photo, all furniture and decor has been changed, the coffee is not a keurig that we bought pods for. There are or was a picture of bikes on the property but they do not belong to the host. Very misleading! And the host failed to send our check in instructions and were unable to get in when we arrived at 1030pm. Granted it was my mistake for not realizing we didn't get the instructions but it still not an excuse for not getting them in the first place. Thank god customer support was able to help us as the host was unavailable. Just not a very good experience. Once we were checked in and settled we did not have any issues.

Eine sehr zentrale saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns 1 Woche selbst versorgen können. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schön, dass man die zurückgelasenenen Sachen in der Küche benutzen kann. Das fanden wir sehr umweltfreundlich und praktisch. Für so eine kurze Zeit muss man nicht alles neu kaufen. Vielen Dank und wir können die Unterkunft immer wieder weiterempfehlen

Nicely appointed suite

A very nice property with a lovely outside sitting area. The suite was very clean, bright and cheerful. We were first concerned about the on-street parking, but it worked out well. We were able to park in front of the gate. Would stay here again.
