Our condo was updated and tastefully furnished. You can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise from our balcony. Bedrooms have Large windows with ocean view, 1 king-size and 2 queen-size beds, flat screen HD T.V.s with DVDs. Private bathrooms with beautiful porcelain tile, Jacuzzi tub, large rain shower fixtures and double sinks.

The Alexander All Suite Oceanfront Resort is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach, minutes away from world class dining and entertainment. The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the Art Districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell.

This spacious apartment, Suite 505 features a comfortable living and dining room area and includes the following amenities:

Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach is open the second upper deck swimming pool is for adults only. The property also features a food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill and a full service restaurant on the upper deck.
Guests also have access to on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs and towels.

Valet Parking Only for an additional fee. Subject to change – No self parking is available
10 MINUTES DROP OFF - DELIVERY OR PICK UP COMPLIMENTARY

There is a City of Miami Beach public parking lot to the North of our building. You can pay via an app during the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Parking in that lot is free after 6:00pm until 8:00am. Terms and fees may change without notice.

Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee.

Guests pay a $225.00 exit cleaning fee upon booking the reservation here on VRBO.

The Condo is wonderful. Great showers and beds.The Alexander has beach and pool access. The bar and food service pool side is very good. We took Ubers every night to a different restaurant.Miami has so many good restaurants.

Condo was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We had a great time. Thank you!The only complaints we would have are not with the owner but the resort. 1 elevator was out of service so we waited longer than needed many times. Also, not being able to bring outside drinks of any kind to the pool was a pain especially for kids. All in all, a good stay!

Property grounds/ammenities were excellent. The apartment was comfortable and well depicted in listing and had what we needed. We chose not to really cook but we might have struggled with the kitchen tools available if we had. The only complaint was that we could smell the odor of seafood from someone that had cooked before we came. Location was quiet and easy to access points of interest via trolley and Uber.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alexander in Miami! The apartment looked exactly like the photos on VRBO—modern decor, beautifully renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and very clean. The location was unbeatable, with the pool and beach just steps from the apartment—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spring Break

We had a great time at The Alexander and the condo unit was perfect for us! We enjoyed the pool area and convenience of the Tiki restaurant while also being able to easily access the beach area. The walking path was really great for morning runs and bike rides and the gym was nice. Mid beach was perfect for a family it close enough to visit other areas when we wanted to.

The unit is excellent. Clean and comfortable. Attitude from hotel staff is lousy. They are not flexible as well as not interested in making your stay enjoyable since you are renting from a private owner. A pity!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend

We stayed few times to this hotel in the past. This condo was by far the best. I had an incredible experience staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exactly as described, and the photos perfectly matched the actual space. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Excellent Stay

The property was exactly as described. I had a little confusion with TV operation which can probably be attributed to operator error. Still the host replied promptly to my request for assistance and even called me to walk me through the process. Later in the conversation in I became aware that he was actually away on vacation in Spain which is 6 hours later and he still called me to make sure I was able to operate the TVs correctly. I highly recommend this unit and this host.

Perfect Stay

The property was exactly as described & suited our needs perfectly. This is part hotel, part condos, so you get the best of both worlds-friendly and helpful desk/security personnel 24/7, beautiful amenities, a beautiful apartment with a great view, & an INCREDIBLY responsive host! The pools & hot tub were great, not crowded while we were there, & lots of available chairs (they ran out of towels once late morning but had more in about an hour-maybe grab some early if you can). Not a lot of shade to sit in, so come with a cover-up if you might need it. Cross a pedestrian path to the beach, so close, & easy to move between beach and pools. If you want chairs on the beach bring the ones from the room (or pay $15 to rent). We found the snack bar a little pricey but it seemed everything is in Miami Beach, and their fries were excellent LOL. You can't walk to the supermarket or many restaurants, but we knew that going in so it was as expected. The free trolley (and a bus stop) is outside the building, very convenient, although there was one time we waited almost an hour & none showed up so we took Lyft (cheaper than Uber the entire trip). The apartment was super clean & fresh, well stocked with all that was needed (except that housekeeping was a little stingy with the toilet paper - 1 extra per bathroom & they were small rolls-a text to Maydelin quickly got us 2 more, but I picked up a couple extra at the store because I didn't want to bother her again). Would very much recommend!

Great Miami Beach vacation

This unit is beautiful comfortable and well equipped. We loved the balcony. The Hotel is great - amenities, location, views, and the staff was all terrific. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our Alexander stay

We just returned from a long girls weekend in Miami and we stayed in this unit on the north end of Miami Beach. The unit was as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Here is a pro/con breakdown..... Pros very clean, good pools and bar service with food/drinks next to the pool was awesome, bar service also available on the beach which was even more awesome, location was just what we wanted, a little quieter than South Beach, more family friendly, perfect beach area, pool/beach towel service was nice, staff at The Alexander were very nice, Cons While we liked the location for the quietness - we were not close any restaurants - nothing in walking distance, they did not patrol the "adults" only pool, there were always kids in it, we were on an adult weekend and would have preferred the kids be in the kid friendly area, they do have one restaurant onsite - but not only was it very expensive - it had very "different" food - which is fine, but not the kind of food your regular mid western gal eats, and my last con was the amount of "starter" supplies that were in the condo. When we arrived there was not ONE roll of toilet paper in the condo - not one. After a long day of travel you need to use the restroom. So I would suggest stopping and buying your items on the way to the condo and not later. But overall, it was a nice weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding Stay!

Our stay at the Alexander was outstanding. the apartment was exactly what we were looking for, clean and many amenities. The washer and dryer was a PLUS!! The pool area was excellent (2 pools-adult and family pools). The staff at the Alexander were very helpful and always making sure you had all you needed. Easy beach access too. The host was excellent as well. Nothing is ever perfect so when we needed assistance she answered the call immediately and helped us out. I highly recommend staying HERE!

The Best Trip Ever in the Best place ever

This was the best trip I have had, and I am over 50 years old. My first trip to Miami and I was able to stay on a property that was so beautiful, spacious, really exactly as advertise. The owner was wonderful one of a kind and quick at responding. All the furniture and appliances were top of the line. I absolutely loved my stay and which I could have stayed longer. I will definitely rebook when I am back in Miami. If you are trying to decide, book you will not be disappointed.
