PRIME LOCATION. This gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with free parking spot in garage is located in the hottest area of Miami, Brickell. The unit is perfect for 6 guests. Walking distance from Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.10 minutes drive from Miami Beach and 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport and 10 min from Wynwood. The apartment includes 3 queen beds in addition to two twin beds. Each room has a 43 inch screen TV in addition to a 50 inch screen TV in the living room. This apartment is located on the 31st floor and guests will have access to all amenities. The building is centrally located and guests will be at walking distance from restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs and more!

Perfect Place
We were here for a bachelorette and had the absolute best time. This apartment was perfect! It was a great location, quiet but within walking distance from a ton of places to get lunch, drinks, dinner etc. Loved it!

Great place in great location
We had a great stay at the property. It was perfect for our family of five. Impressive layout with three bedrooms and wrap around balcony. Views are spectacular. Perfect location walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery store. Pools were great too. Only downsides were a delayed check-in (the guests before checked out late we could not get in at our scheduled check-in time) and the elevators were knocked out for a day due to an electrical issue, which was a little rough for the 31st floor condo.

Great Girls Weekend
Apartment was spacious and comfortable as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Location was very walkable to stores and restaurants. Felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood. It would have been helpful if beach towels were included. Other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this apartment again.
