The condominium lobby will not be accessible.



A front desk agent will be available near the main elevator landing to assist guests with digital keys.



Overnight staff will not be available during this period.

Please make sure guests receive all arrival and access instructions in advance.



🔧 Maintenance Requests



Maintenance available Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.



The Management Office will be the only point of contact.



No after‑hours maintenance during the renovation.

Package lockers will be unavailable; items will be held in the Parcel Hub.



We recommend guests avoid scheduling deliveries during these dates due to possible delays.
