We strive to provide our guests the perfect stay. Guests must allow entry to our team to resolve any unfortunate issue that may happen. We are not able to control mother nature, so please don't hold us responsible for related inconveniences. However, we will do our best to rectify any issue you may have.

Please be courteous and respect our neighborhood quiet hours (from 10 PM to 8 AM).

Pets are allowed with prior approval and for an additional fee ($25 per pet per night). Please contact host before booking if you are bringing pets. Please don't bring pets that are violent or not house broken. You will be charged for any damages done by your pets. Unauthorized pets entry to the property may result in termination of your stay with no refund.

Early check-in / Late check-out can be accommodated upon request. Extra charges may apply. Please ask before booking to check for availability.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note that external security cameras are present in the front and back of the house. These are to provide added security for our guests. We respect your privacy and will never review footage unless an issue is reported. Security cameras or WIFI tampering may lead to termination of your stay with no refund.

The primary guest must disclose the total number of authorized guests (including visitors not staying overnight) at the time of booking. Once the booking is confirmed, we require photo IDs for all authorized guests. Security cameras may be used to confirm the number of guests at check-in.

Parties and large group gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please disclose your reason for stay. Unauthorized guests, smoking inside the house, or use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. If rules are broken, your stay will be terminated with no refund, in addition you will be charged for any damages.

In case the number of people in the house exceeds the number of guests in the reservation at anytime during the stay, the reservation will be altered for the whole stay with the updated number of people and related extra fees will be charged to the primary guest.

Please respect your checkout time. Guests will be charged $50 for every 15 minutes exceeding their authorized checkout time to cover for cleaning staff inconveniences.

Please do not rearrange our furniture. Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times. The house accommodates parking for 3 cars. Extra free street parking nearby. Please don't park your car on the grass ($250 fine applies for each car parked on the grass).

Please don't bring food or drinks in the bedrooms. Guests will be charged for replacement of stained sheets or towels.

In order to prevent any inconveniences that can be caused by the AC freezing up, the thermostat is set not to go below 68 degrees.

The use of the grill is free but guests are responsible for re-filling the propane tank (if needed). Please clean the grill after use, or we will take care of it for $50 extra cleaning fee.

Please take your trash out daily to the green trash bin in front of the house and leave it at the curb for garbage pickup.

• Never leave your pets alone at home.
• Pets are not allowed to sit on the furniture.
• Give your pet a flea treatment before your stay.
• Please make sure to properly dispose of your pet’s waste.
• You are responsible for any damages done by your pet.
• No cats due to allergies.

Extra rules applicable to long-term stays:

- Mandatory bi-weekly cleaning service is provided and charged to guest after each cleaning visit.

- Guests are not allowed to receive mail at the home address. Please use the nearest post office instead.

- Amenities are provided to cover the first week of stay only.
