Totally renovated in 2015, no expense was spared by the owners while still maintaining its original charm. The perfect blend of new construction, and cozy furnishings make this home the ideal vacation property for family and friends. Features a split floor plan with a spacious master suite which includes an impressive bathroom, with a glass door rain shower plus a tub/shower, on one side, and 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, on the other. Also, open lounging spaces overlooking the pool plus an outdoor shower behind the pool, facing an informal patio/dining area.

PARKING: Free driveway parking for up to THREE vehicles. No parking allowed on the grass. Golf cart parked on the driveway is not available for use.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: check in is any time after 4 PM and check out by 11 AM.

Great stay
We had a great girls trip! The neighborhood is lovely and it isn’t hard to get over to Miami to enjoy the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed the pool and lush greenery in the back yard. The home is decorated beautifully. Highly recommend this home!

Great stay for graduation weekend with extended family
Stayed here with my family and in-laws for my daughters graduation. The house was even better than the pictures. Great location walking distance from shops and restaurants and a public beach access. The pool is beautifully landscaped & yard provides total privacy. Plenty of seating inside & out for the 8 of us. The master bath is beautiful. House well stocked with towels and beach towels. Quiet neighborhood with nice farmers market on weekends.

Low key 40th Birthday Girls Getaway
A very warm and beautiful house filled with colorful art, creative pieces and a collection of electric global furniture that you may be able to duplicate from a spending spree at Anthropologie or ABC Carpet in New York City. We had a lovely short stay and wished we had more time to enjoy the outdoors and the neighborhood and island of Key Biscayne.
