The room and space was beautiful, a little dated but still beautiful especially the view. The property managers communicated the whole time and checked on our every need. The kitchen nice and well equipped. the only issue was the tub, once we ran the water something started to show in the tub so we decided against using it. Other than that everything was great and would definitely recommend. I wish i could have explored the pool, it looked great but it was raining modt of our stay. The valet is expensive though.

Loved the property and how spacious it was . Communication was great.. there was one issue but it was resolved quickly with great communication from MARIA . She was awesome . I would love to stay again, will definitely be back.

My stay was very disappointing. The communication was awful from start to finish — it was difficult to get clear answers or any timely responses, which made everything more stressful. Balcony was full of bird poop! Couldn’t sit out there to enjoy a nap cap or eat and look at bird poop everywhere. The A\C wasn’t blowing at night. Yes they responded promptly but it still didn’t work. A hot sweaty mess nightly. The rust in the low pressure shower needs to be fixed. The outdoor mirror needs to be replaced. We were told about construction after the fact along with a no refund policy attached. The first day was confusing entering. The hotels sent me back and forth saying neither of them knew what cozy was. It took me over an hour to get checked in. No one spoke clear English. And the lady at the front could not multi task and wanted to speak to a certain person and I had someone on the phone already. So she made me wait while she kept trying to call the other person(which never answered) The construction was too loud to hear and there was no reception in the building so I was walking back and forth. There were strands of hair in the bed shower and on the counters and it wasn’t mine because I don’t have hair. The place was ok. I wouldn’t book it again as I like cleanliness and the dogs being everywhere was nasty to me.

The space was very spacious. Looks almost like the pictures most of the decor in the pictures were not in the apartment. So it felt a little empty. There were no rugs whatsoever which I feel it definitely needs some especially in the living room and bedrooms just to feel more comfy. The space could use some paint. As far as cleanliness it could definitely use some more attention. Wanted to use the tub but when I ran the water it was yellow. Also the mattress in the main bathroom could be a bit more thicker as you feel like you sink into to the bed a little bit when you lay down. Otherwise the place is nice as well as the view. And the communication was good as well as the instructions on how to check in due to the construction going on at the hotel. I would definitely stay again!

L’hôtel était très bien malgré les travaux il a un beau potentiel, personnel très aimable ! Seul problème rencontré c’était la chambre qui n’avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée mais le problème est été très vite réglé

Très bien et bon emplacement, seul bémol même le nettoyage ou changement de serviette pendant le séjour est payant Même le départ tardif a 14h est facturé 100$

Terrible , el apartamento no era como salía en la foto , la mesa del comedor estaba dañada y otra mesa , hicimos el reporte y que iban a mandar a arreglarlo y nunca nadie apareció , la llave del agua del lavamanos del baño no salía agua caliente , pedimos cambio porque no nos había gustado y no nos hicieron el cambio , aparte de eso como llegamos el viernes la oficina donde teníamos que pasar a colocar las huellas estaba cerrado , tuvimos que llamar los 5 días para poder entrar y salir del edificio , los vigilantes estaban en navegados no tenían comunicación con nadie y no sabían tampoco los nombres de las personas que rentan el apartamento de verdad 000 recomendado mal servicio, malas condiciones del apartamento

Location is convenient but apartment is getting old, clearly outdated, and cleanliness is just average . Be aware that parking is 49 dollars per night with valet parking and there is no other choice. Be prepare for people asking for a tip in cash for everything at every time. In general , i will not recommend this place.
