Location is only good thing. Everything else was terrible. Staff are very friendly. Also, very helpful if staff now where is best place for parking car. For me look like nobody cares about that. AC Working on high only, an tv never worked. Just very, very poor place.

It was a place to rest our heads but I wouldnt go back. We had to change rooms 3 different times. Bed was hard in 1 room, 2nd room it smelled, 3rd room tv didnt work. Housekeeping only comes once a day so trash was piled & we had to keep ising the same towel & rags the whole weekend.

It was okay for the cost, room was very small, hotel and expedia advertised a double room...once I got there and checked in, clerk whom spoke minimal englished informed that the hotel did not have ANY double rooms.

What I liked was that it was centrally located in the middle of everything. Walking distance to everywhere. The only dislike was we had a leak in our room from the AC & notified front desk at check in & was told maintenance would be taking care of it but never was. Hotel was totally booked so no other room for us to move to. So needless to say we had to deal with dripping water our whole stay!

Property was discounted for a one night stay. I can't complain. It's a little old. The beds are low, but if you need a place a block away from Ocean for a low price, this is perfect.

I was disappointing with my stay at this facility. My shower hose had built up black stuff on it, the vents were leaking, the tv stopped working, the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold, and there was no microwave in the room.

Another overpriced old South Beach hotel

Small room,clean,quiet...small rooms should not have bed box fames on the floor- toe stubbing heaven.Poor room design, rooms needs more upgrading.

Very bad hotel, bed bugs, don't go

We couldn't stay in his hotel, very strong bed bugs spray smell. We had to go to another hotel and they charged us anyways.

The receptionist was great! Very polite and accommodating. However, I had little ants in my room and maintenance was not available. I went to the store to buy spray. Refrigerator in room was a plus. Shower is awesome. Beds average. Price great! Kind and friendly service. I’ll be back...once the ants are gone bc they didn’t gross me out or anything. Just more of a nuisance. Location is excellent! Outdoor seating in front for people watching. I like this place. No frills so if ur looking for luxury, this ain’t it. But you will be comfortable.

A localização é ótima. Uma quadra da colins; duas na Espanola Way e alguns quarteirões da Lincoln Road. Não sofremos com o barulho dos estudantes, como muitos comentam. Mas, com as molas da cama. Ninguém pode se mover, se não, acorda o colega de quarto. Estávamos em quatro. Quarto enorme e limpo!

Terrible room

Pics don’t represent the true look of room ...the room was so small to start with but I wasn’t planning on sleeping to much anyway but the beds are literally on the floor every time I would get up I was reminded that my back was bad but what turned me off the most was that for 4 days I had no tv after being at the beach all day I wanted to unwind in my room and just watch a little tv and the cable went out4 days straight the shower was molded and rusty so every I would take a shower I was reminded of the nastiness in the shower also behind the door of the bathroom was mold and the paint was poorly done the only bright point was the morning shift staff the lady and older bald guy had top notch customer service I mean went out there way to make the best of a bad situation I paid 933 dollars and was only given 110 dollars compensation for the nasty room and the fact that I had no tv for 4 days my room number was 233
