The small studio is in a mixed income urban residential neighborhood between Little Haiti and Wynwood. A great choice for anyone needing a clean, affordable, and centrally located stay. If you are not comfortable in a gentrifying area this is not a good choice for you. The space is approx 200 sq ft. The studio is in the backyard of the main house.
