Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit, and complementary access to ICON amenities

To access amenities such as the pool deck area, Gym or spa you will be registered with a QR code, ONLY 2 QR codes are provided per reservation meaning only 2 people will be able to access these amenities.

Feel safe as you enter the tower with 24-hour security guard. There is valet parking on-site and a public parking garage right across the street.

Valet
• 0-1 hours: $11.00
• 1-4 hours: $19.00
• 4 – 10 hours: $24.00
• 10 – 24 hours: $34.00
• Lost ticket: $34.00 plus the hours the car has been in the lot.
• Fees are subject to change based on special events in building or surrounding area.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
