The property was worn, but clean. The shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder in the bathroom were coming loose, and might fall off soon. Room 116. It just needs some TLC to make it shine. The room was cozy, and the staff helpful. The shuttle to the port was exactly what I needed. Perfectly adequate for a solo traveler staying the night.

The hotel was not far from the Miami airport. The room had a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The a/c was older and noisy though it kept the temperature comfortable. We had to order delivery as there is no restaurant at the hotel and nothing within walking distance. Amenities were limited — there was no mini-fridge or any way to heat water.

The property was not very well maintained, but the staff did everything that they could do to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay. We only stayed one night and that was fine. I understand that it’s Florida, but we had the biggest horse flies in our room. We killed five of them!

Even though they let us check in early, the room was extremely hot. The air didn't work properly after I waited for about 4 hours for it to cool off. No refrigerator inside the rooms. The manager was nice and asked if we wanted to move but it was located at the back of the hotel and didn't want to move all our stuff because we were checking out at 2am. Besides the heat and sweating as if we were outside it was convenient to stay close to airport!!!

This is a good night or two hotel by the airport. It's an old fashioned hotel with ice and vending machines, but its clean and comfortable. I used the pool and almost no one else did, but it was nice to sit there and watch planes take off.

I spent one night in the hotel between my flights. So nice that the hotel has shuttle. It was very convenient. My room was clean. The AC worked well. The sound isolation is not very good. I could hear people talk in the neighbor's room.

Decent enough hotel to stay for the night before our cruise. It was nice they provided transportation to the cruise terminal. You did have to ride a big bus with a crazy bus driver. It was packed full of people and you had to stand in line in the heat waiting to board the bus. Front desk staff not super friendly or helpful.

For the price, I expected much better. The hotel didn’t even have a water vending machine, which was disappointing. The airport shuttle was also advertised as being available, but there was no airport shuttle running in the morning when I needed it. The good thing about this hotel is it’s very close proximity to the airport. Uber or taxi ride was about 10 mins. The room itself was not great. The bathroom door would not close properly, and the room did not feel particularly clean. The walls were extremely thin, and the noise was a major issue throughout the night. I could clearly hear people upstairs and noise from the surrounding rooms. Overall, the stay was not that great, especially considering the price. The lack of a reliable airport shuttle, poor soundproofing, cleanliness issues, and lack of basic amenities made it difficult to recommend this hotel.

I did not like the fact we were promised a transfer to Miami Port for a cruise but the driver was not using the list which my name was the 1st name on the list. The staff are extremely distracted and not focused on customer service. The room was clean and close to the airport.

We loved the staff, very helpful! The shuttle driver was great, too. The room was not clean, smelled like cigarettes and I'm allergic to cigarettes. There was a red stain on the floor and saw a bug or two but that didn't bother me... it was mostly the smell. I didn't sleep, coughed all night.

Property is definitely in need of a renovation. Does not look like the photos. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great- water damage, rust, dirty floors, etc. Bed and linens were fresh and clean though. Our flight got in around 11:30pm so we missed the last free shuttle. When our uber dropped us off there were some random people hanging out around the outside of the hotel which seemed a little sketchy (did not appear to be employees or guests). The free shuttle to the cruise port was a pleasant surprise however and made our mediocre stay worth it. Wouldn't stay here again but it was fine for a night.

I didn’t get her name but the black lady at the front desk was very friendly unlike the other staff. They liked at you without a smile , one even rolled her eyes at me. I’m like what did I do to you? We finally made it to the room and seen Roaches !!! I’m like oh my a roach motel. Told the guy at the front desk about it and he was like ok. I wrote it on a piece of paper because I didn’t want the other guest to hear me tell him!
