The staff at the Delano were exceptional—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely attentive. They really made our stay. The decor is beautiful, and I loved the thoughtful in-room touches, especially the Dyson hair dryer and steamer. We plan on returning next month!

I had such an amazing experience at Delano Miami! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was even better in person. I stayed here for my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel so special and celebrated. It made my birthday trip even more memorable. Everything was beautiful, relaxing, and felt so luxurious. I’m so happy I chose Delano for such a special trip, and I would definitely stay here again! 🤍✨

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit small for a family of four but very clean and comfortable. The pool is large and the music by the pool was great. Very relaxing vacation.

Unfortuantely, the beach was pretty unusable due to a sargassum problem, obviously not the hotel 's fault But the Pool had very limited hours, making it hardly usable So we really didn't get the experience we were hoping for We had stayed at the Delano under prior ownership and , we felt it lost some ambience with the new construction
