There was no communication from the host from the start. I messaged the host and tried calling the number given by Expedia to contact host but there was no response. Last time we stayed here the online registration was sent immediately, which was not the case this go around. The tv wasn’t working in this room and was never fixed, and no blow dryer either. Lack of communication and response from the host is the reason for the 2 stars. However, room was clean and staff were nice.

I will give you my honest review of this hotel. First off, I understand it's still under construction... there are no amenities available. Parking is 60.00 per day and the valet guys there are not very helpful. You pull up and they're all there just looking at you, not asking if they can help or anything. I had to tell them I am staying here. They tell you that you need to text them 15-20 min for your car, I texted them, waited much longer than 30 mins, they keep telling me "my car is on the way". The hotel itself is nice, however they don't give you enough towels or toilet paper, there are no tables or chairs. They do have a bidet (which was nice) they have a washer and dryer combo which did not dry my clothes and I had to bring them to the laundry mat to dry b/c I was leaving the hotel that day. The parking is valet only, so there is no self park.

This property should not be allowed to rent It is no where near completed. There are mechanical wires hanging everywhere, there is construction work everywhere It is an unsafe environment And I requested my money back and only received a partial refund and I left after first night

Very disappointing stay. The property had drilling and construction noise almost every morning with no proper warning, a major leak that left our clothes and belongings wet, broken blinds, no water in the second bedroom for days, no hot water in the bathroom for two days and a broken washer/dryer. We reported these issues but the only solution provided was a loud Dehumidifier. Despite the condition of the unit and the inconvenience we experienced throughout the stay the host/property management has refused to provide the refund we requested. I gave them more than enough time to resolve this fairly but unfortunately I cannot recommend booking anything from Ilios rentals !

Cuando llegué a la habitación, estaba ocupada, la cama desatendida, toallas en el piso. Al reportarlo en recepción, después me dijeron que el dueño lo estaba usando. A la 1:00 de la madrugada, tuve que buscar que me asignaran otro hotel por parte de hoteles.com; porque la propiedad se desentendió del problema.
