Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave AC at 76 cool mode. Do not disconnect any electrical items other than kitchen small appliances.
Please place all trash in the can. Outdoor blue bins are in the parking area if you'd like to take it out. Extra bags are under the sink.
We don’t charge a cleaning fee to keep things affordable, we ask that you treat the space with care, tidy up, and wash any used dishes. If linen replacement is needed, a charge will apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Max 1 vehicle: only standard-sized cars or pickup trucks allowed. No oversized vehicles, RVs, trailers, or similar without prior approval.

  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!
