"First thought in the door, Man the lobby smells amazing and it was clean and shiny. The room was spacious clean, and had everything needed. The king bed was sooo comfortable. The roof top pool was my favorite part. Clean water, good chairs, great service, great food and drink. I WOULD 100% come back"

"We received an upgrade at the front desk for a small charge to a much larger room (3 bedroom Bay View Suite). We were on the 18th floor and had stunning views of Biscayne Bay. The location was perfect for cruising out of the Miami port. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and we will definitely stay here every single time we cruise out of Miami. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
