The Front Desk associate was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He is a great asset to Hampton Inn. The buffet had a great variety. I wish they had bacon and kiwi but it was still delicious.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. Upon entering our room, the bathroom floor had dried up poop all over the floor. Staff came in and mopped and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly, but there were still a couple dried up pieces that wouldn’t come up. Then we noticed a swarm of sugar ants all over the desk. Staff was helpful in switching our room. We were shocked as we’ve stayed at Hilton hotels/Hampton Inn hotels many times and have never run into this filth. We will not stay with Hilton brand hotels after this.

What this hotel lacks in esthetics it more rhan makes up for in customer service and convenience. Located directly behind Dadeland mall and right next to Dadeland Station as well as a relatively short drive to Miami International Airport. 24/7 Hot Coffee / Tea / Hot Chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast included - the waffle maker was my fav breakfast choice. Toiletries (body wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner) made of quality ingredients. The staff goes above and beyond to provide food service. A slam dunk for budget friendly convenience in the Miami / Coral Ganles area.

My room was not clean at all!! Untouched from previous! Went back to desk to get another room! Had to ask for new towels three times on ly 5 night stay. They never came and clean the room and restock. When i called on the third day they said they only clean room on request!!?!
