- Bedroom 1 – 1 Bunk Bed with twin over twin + 1 Bunk Bed with a twin over a queen, sleeps 5. Bathroom attached.
- Bedroom 2 – King Bed, sleeps 2. Bathroom attached (Bathroom shared with Bedroom 3).
- Bedroom 3 – King Bed, sleeps 2. Bathroom attached (Bathroom shared with Bedroom 2).
- Bedroom 4 – Two Queen Beds, sleeps 4. Bathroom attached.
- Bedroom 5 – King Bed, sleeps 2. Bathroom attached.

Living Area: Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family!

Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in the loungers. We do have a beautiful, private patio ready for your use!

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

There are 5 parking spots available in the driveway. Please do NOT park in the street.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week`s notice. Once your stay begins, we’re unable to turn the heater on or off. Please note that the pool and jacuzzi share the same temperature setting, which is maintained at 88–90°F. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. After it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, which can cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

The pool is cleaned on the day of check-in. As it is outdoors, its condition may vary due to natural elements such as weather, leaves, or insects, and we cannot guarantee how it will look at all times during your stay. As this is a self-catering home, there is no on-site pool attendant for ongoing cleaning. However, a leaf rake is available for your use if needed. Additional pool cleanings can be scheduled upon request for $100 per service.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $500.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the house after checkout.

Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!

This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.

We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host, including service and emotional support animals, is REQUIRED. A pet fee of $150/pet will be applied.

It`s important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.

Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.

There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

We can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed.

No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 5 per reservation. Up to 5 cars may park in the driveway.

Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.

No fireworks of any kind.

No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Trash (green bin) pick up are Monday and Thursday. Recycle (blue bin) pick up is every other Monday. If you are staying the night before the pick up date, you MUST bring the trash out to the curb for the city to pick up.

We have two large green bins for regular trash and one blue bin for recycling available for guest use. If your stay includes a Monday or Thursday, please take the green bins out so they can be emptied on collection day.

Upon checkout, the only trash that may be left on the property must fit inside the two green bins and the one blue recycling bin. Any excess trash that does not fit inside these bins will require additional removal, and an extra trash-disposal fee may be charged.

Report damages immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines of $1000 if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
