Check in supouse to be at 4pm and they make me wait because the personel incharge wasn't there ,the view was 3 buildings in construction and not like it was in the ad ,then the A/C wasn't working the 1st night i called for that problem they answer but they do . i didn't sleep the 1st night i was looking for a solution and i was trying to sleep with the balcony door open but i heard a lot of noise. They came the 2nd day at 4pm to try to fix the A/C and they fixed but the A/C it was very noysi. In conclusion, there was no sense of urgency or concern for the client.
