Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The mandatory resort fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.

• Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.
• Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance
Extra Fees
• Mandatory Resort Fee: $38.50 USD + VAT per night (required, paid at check-in).
• This fee is charged directly by The Gale Hotel at the front desk upon arrival and is not included in your booking total. The resort fee provides access to all The Gale Hotel premium amenities, including pools, fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, dining, and lounges.

• Cleaning service available for an additional fee
• Pack 'n Play cribs available for an extra fee (subject to availability)
• You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.
Booking Requirements
• You must be 21+ years old to book

• You'll sign a rental agreement after booking
• Security deposit may be required, depending on your booking platform (fully refunded after checkout when all terms are met)
