Enjoy 3,200 sq ft of living space, five themed bedrooms, three full bathrooms across two floors, a private heated glow pool and spa, a dedicated cinema, indoor games and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. The entire home and grounds are yours; the service closet is reserved for our team.

HEATED GLOW POOL & SPA
Pool and spa heating are included. Enjoy the fiber-optic lighting and hydro-massage spa day or night. Both are available 24 hours, with working local SPA and BUBBLER controls. From 10 PM to 8 AM, please enjoy peaceful outdoor relaxation in keeping with our neighborhood quiet hours.

PRIVATE 150" 4K CINEMA & GAMES
Settle into reclining seats for movie nights with surround sound and blackout conditions. The game room offers ping pong, indoor basketball, foosball and a kids' trampoline. A pool table in the living room keeps everyone together. A pickleball net, paddles and balls are provided on the patio for casual play.

LAKE VIEWS & OUTDOOR LIVING
Start your morning on the lakefront deck, prepare a meal in the outdoor BBQ kitchen and spend time with your favorite people. Inside, the wine wall adds to the atmosphere; it is a wall feature, not a separate wine cellar. The primary bedroom looks directly onto the lake and pool; it does not have a balcony.

FIVE THEMED BEDROOMS — UP TO 12 GUESTS
Bedroom 1 — Jungle Hideaway: queen bed on the first floor, surrounded by jungle murals.
Bedroom 2 — Enchanted Forest: the upstairs primary bedroom, with a circular king bed beneath a glowing floral canopy and direct lake and pool views.
Bedroom 3 — Bioluminescent Underwater Escape: two twin beds, floating jellyfish pendants and an ocean-floor mural, upstairs.
Bedroom 4 — Celestial Peaks: queen bed beneath a night-sky ceiling and floating-island artwork, upstairs.
Bedroom 5 — Deep Blue Bunk Suite: two bunk beds plus a trundle, providing five single sleeping places under glowing moonlight, upstairs.
Three full bathrooms serve the home.

Our home sits on a residential lakefront street near FIU and The Glass Venue. Dolphin Mall, Miami International Airport, South Beach and Hard Rock Stadium are accessible by car. Travel times depend on traffic; we are happy to help you plan your routes.

EASY ARRIVAL
Smart self check-in begins at 4 PM. Your personal access code and arrival instructions are shared before your stay. Check-out is by 10 AM. Free private driveway parking accommodates up to six vehicles in the arrangement shown in our photos. Please keep the sidewalk and neighboring access clear. We strongly recommend avoiding street parking, which can obstruct neighbors and may lead to towing. We are happy to help you arrange your cars.

TIME TOGETHER, THOUGHTFULLY HOSTED
We welcome families and friends traveling together. If friends or family would like to visit, please coordinate with us in advance. Any additional overnight guests must be included in an agreed reservation update, within the maximum of 12 registered overnight guests. Open-invite parties and large events are not permitted. No indoor smoking. Please arrange any pets with us in advance and follow the pet policy shown on your reservation.

Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance, pool, lakefront deck and BBQ areas. There are no indoor cameras. Our Miami-Dade short-term rental registration is displayed on the listing.
