EAST Miami

EAST Miami

8/10 Good
"Overall, I had a good stay at EAST Miami. The hotel is in a very convenient location, which made getting around Miami easy, and the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. My main concern was the condition and cleanliness of the room. The room I stayed in appeared to be a bit older and showed some signs of wear, including peeling/stripping paint and a few areas that could benefit from some maintenance and refreshing. Additionally, when I first arrived, I noticed hair on the floor and in different areas of the room, which made it seem as though the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected prior to my arrival. That being said, these concerns did not take away from the positive interactions I had with the staff or the convenience of the location. I did enjoy my stay overall, and with a little more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping standards, the experience could have been even better."
