Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible experience

I booked the house weeks in advance. The host was unresponsive even though I messaged him several times. Then he finally messaged me the day prior to checking in and said the house wasn't ready. VRBO was trying to put me in a hotel, needless to say my vacation was ruined.
