Enjoy this stunning views from the balcony of this luxurious and central located unit, walking distance from Miami design district and downtown Miami, Restaurant, bars, cafes and night clubs.
The Space:
Great studio unit. Twin sized sofa bed in unit, work desk, smart TV, etc.. Everything you need for the perfect stay.
Guest Access:
Amenities on the 6th floor are the Pool, Sundeck, Fitness Center. The building is just one block away from Miami Design District.
Other Things to Note:
If you need a late check-out, please contact your host. The standard check-out time is 10:00 am, and a late check-out incurs a $50 fee.
