Enjoy a relaxing beachside vacation in this new condo! We are in a great, convenient location to everything you need. Most importantly - we are only five minutes from the beach! Additionally, we are 15 minutes from Wynwood, downtown, midtown, and Aventura. Also within walking distance is delicious restaurants and fun shopping. Within the condo, we have a gym and a sauna available for your use.

In the home, entertain and cook-in on our large kitchen island. There is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and in the dining room. The condo sleeps six, and there are two bathrooms with double-sinks - plenty of room to spread out.

Start your morning or end your day out on the balcony. We have great water views and comfortable furniture that will allow you to sit back and relax.

Poorly managed

This could be a nice place, but many things need improving. We were let in but the owners assistant as she was out of town. First thing ,no coffee maker. He went and got one for us. The kitchen light was out. The kitchen was under supplied. There were dishes and silverware, but no bowls, broiler pan , kitchen towels etc.and the refrigerator door was stuffed with other people’s used condiment bottles. The bedrooms were under furnished, no place to put suitcases except on the floor. The linens were poor quality. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. Best of all half of the flaps in the bedroom window shade were missing. We would not go back.

Super bowl weekend

Great location the condo needs some updating. The television wasn't working and whom ever is doing the cleaning needs to do a better job. The fact that its listed to sleep 6 makes the fact that it's a one bathroom condo an inconvenience. So if you're renting this please make sure that the ONE bathroom is going to work. Over all it was ok if it's a get away for you and a friend.

FACTS DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS, HOWEVER NICE VIEW OF NORTH MIAMI :-(

Upon arrival we got into the appartment however no instructions/guidelines nor door key available. Fridge half full, no WIFI login, no TV set in operation, kitchenware very limited. Most of this was fixed the day after when communicating heavily with owner/landlord. We missed a second bathroom as advertized and the pictures on the website were not corresponding to facts eg. balcony were smaller than shown on picture. We did get a compensation equivalent to one night stay which were not satisfactory. Apart from above we had a nice stay however heavily missing the second bathroom we had paid for.

We loved it!! The place is gorgeous with awesome views. The interior is beautifully decorated!!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is gorgeous and very modern and new. We found it very comfortable and it a convenient location. The owner, Angel, is very helpful and accommodating. I give it 5 stars and would totally recommend this place to others.
