The Space:
In the morning, wake up to the gentle embrace of Miami's warmth and sunshine. As you sip coffee in the backyard garden, you'll be surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers, creating a tranquil oasis that feels like a true escape.

In the evenings, fire up the barbecue for a cookout under the starry Miami sky, the perfect backdrop for sharing stories and laughter with your loved ones.

Venture to the famous Miami Beach just short drive away, where you can dive into the azure waters, bask under the golden sun, and enjoy endless beachfront fun.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1: Spacious with a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, closet, and a Smart TV. Enjoy a pool view.

Bedroom 2: Cozy with a queen-sized bed and a closet to keep your belongings organized.

Bedroom 3: Serene with a queen-sized bed and a lovely view of the pool area.

Bedroom 4: Peaceful with a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom 5: Comfortable with a queen-sized bed, perfect for a relaxing stay.

All bedrooms cater to a variety of preferences, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.

If you have extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. There are also two foldable single beds that can be set up to accommodate more people. Please let us know in advance if you need two extra single beds set up 24 hours before your reservation.


BATHROOMS

Within the home, you'll find two full bathrooms. They come equipped with indulgent showers, soft plush towels, and a complimentary starter selection of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Bathroom 1: This is an ensuite bathroom, conveniently accessible from one of the bedrooms for your privacy and convenience.

Bathroom 2: Located off the main living area, this bathroom features generously sized walk-in shower, providing both comfort and style for your stay.


KITCHEN

Our contemporary kitchen has recently undergone a stylish upgrade and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a sizable gathering of family and friends. You'll appreciate the sleek stainless steel appliances, and a comprehensive selection of cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. It's all set up to make you feel completely at home. Additionally, there's a dining table with comfortable seating for up to eight guests, making it an ideal space for enjoying your culinary creations together.


OUTDOOR SPACE

It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, a ping pong table, and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay. Unwind under the stars with your own private outdoor movie theater! Equipped with a large screen, projector, and cozy seating, it’s perfect for family movie nights, romantic evenings, or casual hangouts.

To use the projector in the backyard, there is a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if the projector is returned in the same condition it was received. Please note, the projector must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Pool Service:
The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

Landscaping Services:
To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.

The villa can sleep up to 14 people, assuming two per bed, but is ideal for 12 people.

Guests will have access to entire property.
