Great area and Ezra was so helpful. The building needs lighting but they are working on the property below adding a restaurant and making it beautiful again. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Had a great stay.

Perfect stay

The beds were amazing. They were so big and comfortable. The guy on the desk Asra was so nice and very helpful. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and a good power on it .

This was directly across the beach which was great, the food options were endless! The room was cleaned the only thing that was an issue is the bed was so hard! It felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Did I like the location yes, would I stay here again No.

Communication was great, love the location, cleanliness and safe, love the cooling towels, stocked kitchenette, Wish there was towel holders in bathroom, fan in bathroom doesn’t work, wish for shade in kitchen and room darkened curtains, carpet or rug so it is quieter upstairs. Not property’s fault, but nearby costumers was playing loud music through 2am

The location is awesome, and the beach access makes for great people watching. The check-in process is easy as long as you read all of the instructions. The room was clean with the exception of a little mold underneath the cupboard, but Florida humidity will do that just about anywhere. The property staff is kind and welcoming, but communication from the booking office is terrible. When I departed from the property, I left a few items behind including my car keys. I contacted the booking office several times to try to obtain my items, and was repeatedly told that they were looking into it and to call back. After a few weeks of that, I assumed they have been lost. If you read these reviews, please help me find my keys.

The entrance code sent didn't work initially but a call to the property fixed that after we were given a new code. There is an entrance desk but we did not see any management sitting there in the 3 days we were there. The front of the property is empty and looks like it needs some work, you enter from the side entrance. The location was 5 stars. Everything on ocean drive was within a short walkable distance. The apartment itself was a studio with a small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, plates and cutlery etc. There was a steam, iron and hair dryer provided as well. It was clean overall but with a mild chemical smell, noticeable initially but easy to get over. It was quiet inside the building and we didn't have any issues with noise. We were given enough towels for our 3 day stay. Overall I would stay here again, especially because the location was unbeatable.

SOBE great stay.

The place was close to the beach which was great. It was also comfortable. Ezra was amazing at his job. A couple of suggestions for improvement: The coffee maker did not work well. Once we figured out its quirks, we were able to make it work. It was great that coffee was provided. The bed is next a window that had curtains that let too much light in at night. The building across the street had lights shining at the window all night. Darker curtains would help a lot. There was no towel in the kitchen or a towel rack to hang one. We ended up using a bath hand towel. The entry door and the west alley door were not closing all the way. That is a security concern. Ezra called maintenance but they were unable to get them to close securely or consistently. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend The Residences on Ocean to others. Great price and location.

It needs some TLC the sofa needs to be cleaned it smells. I did like the location to everything and the beach. Would be nice to have beach chairs since it’s close to the beach we would have loved that. The space was nice for the stay.
