We had a great stay!! Thank you for the spacious 2-bedroom and 2- bathroom unit with washer dryer and full appliances in the kitchen. It feels like home and we had a great sleep after sightseeing around Miami. It was quiet at night and a safe area. We definitely recommended!

The accommodations were good. My 1 bedroom apartment was nice and clean. The bed and pillows very, very comfortable! The kitchen had the needed supplies for preparing and serving meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

I stayed two weeks over the holidays at Roami Grove 27, picking it mainly for its rock-bottom price and close proximity to my condo in Coral Gables—the cheapest decently located option I could find. Positives first: The unit was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the building stayed remarkably quiet (no noisy neighbors), and parking was hassle-free and efficient. Unfortunately, the negatives dominated the experience. A strong dog odor lingered in the hallways and seeped into the unit. Hallway carpets were ripped, heavily stained from pets, and grimy. I dealt with cockroaches multiple times—in the bathroom, kitchen, and even hallways. The sofa was dirty, stained, and worn-out; I avoided using it. Blinds were broken, letting sunlight blast in. There was almost no storage—just eight hangers and no shelves or dressers, so I lived out of suitcases. Faucets were loose and clearly needed repair. Biggest disappointment: The listing advertised a pool, but when I called the service line, they said it had been sold off with an adjacent property—no pool access. No gym either. This property desperately needs deep cleaning, pest control, new furniture, maintenance fixes, and accurate amenity descriptions. It’s tolerable only if you’re on a strict budget, stay near Coconut Grove/Coral Gables, and spend minimal time in the unit. For anything longer or more comfortable, pay extra elsewhere. I won’t return.

The property was nice and clean and had spacious rooms. The only thing that was bothering me was the parking garage it was hard to park your car in there and it’s hard to get out of the car because of the walls around the parking spots

All is fine but the “Noise”

Firstly, the place looked quite clean & neat that we were hapopy about. The communication was excellent! Furnitures were fine and it was quite wide for a 1 bdr place. However, there is a huge noise problem of the refregirator that we needed to turn it off at nights in order to be able to sleep. We stayed 8 days and I wish we asked for a place change right at the beginning, as we arrived internationally we were so tired and didn’t ask. In the beginning, it works silently but then it gets extremely loud which made it unbearable for us. Also, there was an engine noise above the bedroom (predictably) running 24/7, even though our AC was off. That added up to the noise problem. Overall, location was fine, laundry worked great.

Eveything was amazing. We would definitely book at Roami again. Cleanliness was top notch! We felt safe and appreciated the gated entrances. The only hiccup we encountered was parking in the top garage. It was very tight and those metal contraptions made it very hard to park, my husband even tripped on the metal trying to get passed his own car door because it was so tight..

Furniture looks run down, carpets have holes, the kitchen faucet was broken, the supplied kitchen scissors were also broken. The place is not worth what they charge. The good part was the cleanliness.
