I love staying here. The only thing I had a little problem with was the parking garage ramps weren’t wide enough so you have to be a very skilled driver if you’re driving an suv or wide vehicle.

A terrible experience.

It was a terrible experience. Front door was not working. Shower was not draining so we couldnt use it for 1 day till the maintenance came and fixed it. All furniture is old and broken. Parking is so terrible that one would certainly get into an accident. Customer service response is very poor. Overall it was a terrible experience.

The condo had everything we needed from towels to dishes. Washer and dryer was nice too. The best part was the three balconies and the living room space and view was awesome. I would highly recommend.

This is an ok location. The place is clean enough. The pool is not great and the parking is absolutely atrocious!!! Check in and out went flawless and we never saw anyone at the front desk. we enjoyed our stay but be prepared to have to drive a way to get to anything.....which would be fine if not for that parking!!!!

It was a phenomenal place to stay! I definitely would love to come stay there again. The only issue I had was the door lock was a little sticky but it all worked out (just pull/push the door a little to the door jam and it’ll work fine).

I didn't like the parking deck. It was too tight. It is really hard get around the curve of the entrance and the parking spaces are really close.

The overall experience was really bad. Our heat didn’t work. It was really cold at night. When we called them they never came to fix it. We stayed 3 nights without heat. It would get really cold at night & blankets didn’t help. My friend was locked outside & we were trapped inside because they are lock stopped working. They acted like we didn’t know how to put in the code and made us record videos to email it to them. The 1800 number I called she said she will send someone but first she needs to see the video. When she realized it’s not the code something is wrong with the door she said she will send someone soon. We waited for another 30 min no one showed up. So I called the manager & it seems like he didn’t want to help he said I can try coming in 30 min. So my friend was locked outside for 1 hour 30 min. We weren’t able to open the door from inside so if there had been fire we would have no access to get out of the unit. We all got scared and called 911. The fire department opened the door and made them fix the door. All this happened and they never called us to apologize or to offer reimbursement for even one night. When I checked out I messaged him he said they will give us credit for future stay. Who would want to stay here after this traumatizing incident. We spent lot of money to be treated like this. This was ridiculous the management didn’t care that my friend she was locked outside at night by herself. This place ruined our vacation.

Mixed feelings

I loved that the check in was very easy; hands free, and quick. The supervisor, Nathaniel was very nice. The views are absolutely gorgeous; however, I’m not sure if the housekeeping service just didn’t finish cleaning in time before we checked in; but our bed linens were not changed, there was hair on the fitted sheets and pillows, and the shower had hair on the floor as well. We went out and bought our own linens to sleep more comfortably. Yikes! The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were also still dirty. I don’t usually look for things like this, so I was quite disappointed to find such. The dining table also still had hardened food stuck on there from the last guests. For the price you’re paying and with everything going on with the pandemic, this place should’ve been cleaned better.

i will be back a view to die for and 5 star customer service with Nathaniel with sending gate/door codes and parking life made easy and to the point enjoyed the sun setting and rising with a front row seat best part of my stay
