Overall, the hotel room was nice and the lobby had a pleasant scent. However, I could hear every time someone flushed the toilet or used the shower through the walls, which was disruptive. Additionally, there was no microwave available in the room or in the lobby to warm up guests' food, which was inconvenient.

Great location. Close to the Miami Convention Centre, Miami Beach and within walking distance to good F&B outlets. Rooms are clean and of a decent size. Fairly priced, if you book in advance.

Everything was perfect inside and around the hotel. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, the surrounding park looks stunning and the hotel was as clean and cosy as its team was friendly. It's more than worth its reasonable price; I'd come back should I rebook a trip to Miami.

Pleasantly surprised, very guest friendly

Maria at front desk super helpful and very pleasant. She acted like an owner, all of her focus was on making sure the customer was happy. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Location a short walk from the beach and the large convention oriented properties and restaurant.
