THE SPACE
Fantastic apartment! Perfect location! This beautiful and famous Art Deco building is the perfect place for your stay in South Beach. It's located on Ocean Drive just steps to the beach and all that South Beach has to offer in terms dining and entertainment. The building has 24 hour concierge service and an outdoor restaurant. We are certain you will have a wonderfully memorable experience.
The movie Birdcage with Robin Williams was filmed in this building and this movie setting is now available for you to enjoy. The 3 bed, 3 bath unit is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings & has a 45 ft view of Ocean Drive, the beach and ocean. The apartment has an amazing 2000 plus square feet of living space.
Enjoy the Great Room with windows showcasing views of Lummus Park, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean and other beautiful Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive.

Luxury living includes 4 LARGE flat-screen TV's with cable, 3 large bedrooms--2 king size beds, 1 queen, 3 full bathrooms, bar & office areas, sofa, huge dining room table with seating for 10, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and condiments. Personal toiletries, clean and fresh linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, safe, iron, hair dryers, washer/dryer, fast internet, board games, etc.

Great location if the beach is your priority. Lots of restaurants and shopping, all walking distance. Really no complaints except parking garages nearby were all full so we had to park a few blocks away. Could’ve just been a busy week that we went though. We’d stay again.

Just as pictured and VERY spacious! Three full bathrooms, one for each bedroom ;o) One of the things I really appreciated was that there is a hall closet loaded with necessities for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels and even a cooler! Came in very handy

Gem on the beach

We loved our stay at the Carlyle. The birdcage cafe had delicious food and the kids also loved the ice cream shop in the lobby. The condo was spacious and clean. There were beach chairs, coolers, and toys to bring down to the ocean. The location was great and in the middle of all the Miami Beach action. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, safe and clean

This is property is deserving of a 5-star rating. The location is terrific for South Beach visitors and the listing, pictures and descriptions are all spot on. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries prior to arrival and even upon arrival when there was one issue that was attending to immediately. The unit is very spacious and well-maintained and even though it faces Ocean Drive - it was very quiet inside at all hours. The area is very safe and the building is very secure and attended to 24 hours. I would definitely return for a visit to South Beach.

Perfect Location

Location, WOW!

3-couples stayed and we all had an AMAZING time. We felt like we selected the perfect spot for out getaway. We walked everywhere. The area is so fun, we never ran out of things to do. Fran was super helpful with providing information. We hope to return sometime. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location

You are right in the heart of South Beach and all its happenings. We would absolutely stay here again! The bars were all packed for the Superbowl but we had front row seats in our living room. Ocean views and Lumus Park were our views. The condo is very comfortable and roomy. Easy to check-in and out. No issues whatsoever. We didn't get to it, but they had a full closet of beach chairs and towels if we wanted to go over and hang on the beach. Highly recommended place.

Magnificent apartment in perfect location

The apartment is very stylish, with an art deco vibe. We loved the colors of the decorations and furniture. Speaking of colors, the ocean view is beautiful, you see the turquoise blue ocean and the yellow beach above the green palm tree line of the Lummus park, and this through the many windows of the living room. The building is on a very touristy street with many restaurant and nightlife. But we could not hear any nightlife noise from the apartment. The apartment is remarkably maintained, well-equipped and easy to operate. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The homeowner was very diligent in making the check-in procedure be very smooth.

Lovely Property

Our family had a nice stay at this property. It was "as listed", clean and comfortable, and Fran was very responsive. The main living, dining, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms had a nice view over Lummus Park. The only reason I am giving this four instead of five stars is due to compounding little things. Two of the bedrooms faced the walls of surrounding buildings; nearby parking lacked "in/out" capability, and the noise from restaurants and loud outside music was noticeable for us. (My caveat to the noise point is that there was some kind of festival which drew an interesting and fairly rowdy crowd to Ocean Drive the weekend we checked-in.) The location is central to tons of restaurants, the beach, rental bikes, a park, running/biking paths, etc. and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for that! Thank you for allowing our family to stay!

We had a terrific day. Location was perfect and check-in was very easy. Host was very accessible. Enjoyed being close to the beach and the apartment had everything we needed.!! Parking was great until we came in late one night after a concert and the parking garage was full and we were kind of stuck. But otherwise, 10 out of 10 stay in this fantastic classic apartment.!!! Would absolutely come back!!

Amazing Stay Right on Ocean Drive – 5 Stars

We had an incredible experience staying at this VRBO in Miami! The location is perfect—right on Ocean Drive, directly across from the beach, and in the heart of all the action. We were lucky to be there over 4th of July and were able to watch the fireworks right from the unit. It was unforgettable!Check-in was easy, the concierge was helpful and welcoming, and Fran was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was just as described—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We had zero issues during our trip.If you're looking for a stress-free stay in a prime South Beach location, this is it. We’d definitely stay here again!

Incredible place

Large three bedroom apartment right on Ocean Drive. Great views of the ocean as well as people watching. Beach equipment was available and extremely short walk. Right next to some incredible restaurants. 24/7 concierge. Windows are soundproof so noise was minimal.
