Amenities on the 15th floor are the Pool, Sundeck, Fitness Center and Spa. Visit the Water Lounge with both Hot and Cold Plunges or relax at the Icon Brickell Steam Room or Sauna.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $50. We appreciate your understanding!



HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

1. No parties or events allowed.

2. No smoking allowed.

3. No pets allowed.

4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

5. Only Registered guests allowed.

6. Please respect the noise curfew.

7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.

8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys Fobs incur a replacement fee of $80.

9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

11. Please do your dishes.

12. Please take the trash out before you leave.

13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

14. Building requires guest to register at security for a amenities pass, it's free, to access all amenities.


Note: The IDs are required by the building for check in so we request the IDs of all guests to be sent before arrival that way we can authorize you the check in and you can get registered at the unit.
