Disappointing
I recently stayed at this studio rental and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The place is a tiny studio awkwardly divided into two "rooms" with a sliding door.
When we arrived, the place was not clean at all. There was hair in the showers, and we had to clean everything ourselves. The bed covers were stained, the appliances were old, and the silverware was rusted. I asked for extra towels and soap, but it took two days to get them, which was really inconvenient.
The building itself was also a letdown. On the weekends, the wait for the elevator was ridiculous – sometimes up to 10 minutes. The valet service wasn't any better, often taking 20 minutes to get our car. The gym equipment was rusted and unusable, and I heard many other residents complaining about it. The laundry room was another disaster; the dryer actually burned my clothes.
To top it off, trying to relax on the balcony was impossible because of smoke from cigarettes and marijuana coming from other units. It seems like no one enforces the non-smoking rules, which made the environment feel chaotic.
