Newly remodeled Condominium with a great view! All brand new furniture, Wifi, cable, printer, Washer/ Dryer and two closets. Building amenities are world class including 2 pools, fitness center, spa, sauna, kids playroom and movie theater. Free parking in garage or valet for a fee. There are three great restaurants located in the building and many more at a short walking distance. Brickell City Center is also located at a near distance with lots of great shopping and entertainment.
