Go clothes shopping in one of the hundreds of boutiques, including the Collins Avenue stores, Lincoln road, Ocean drive and Bal Harbour shops and many more.
Relax and enjoy a cool drink or delicious meal at one of the many bars on Ocean Drive. If you’re looking for something active, there are hundreds of amazing spots to go swimming, white sandy
beaches to suntan on and hundreds of opportunities for water sports and beach sports. There are jet skis, Kite diving, surfing and many more amazing sports to try.
Party through the night or enjoy a luxurious meal in one of the best restaurants of Miami. The area around this apartment will simply amaze you, no matter if you’re here for thrill or chill.

Best way to get around is by foot being everything you need within walking distance, they also have great bike shops locally throughout South Beach. As well as car and scooter rentals, Uber and Lyft if need be.

➤ No loud music after 10:00 PM. The family and the residential neighborhood is quiet and we ask to respect the tranquility of the building.
➤ Dishes must be cleaned before departure.
➤ It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the unit (a cleaning fee of $ 150 will be deducted from the deposit).
➤ Damages and missing items will be charged.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.
3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved. Thank you for your respectful cooperation in maintaining our home!
