Situated on the 19th floor, you will find yourself in one of the most desirable studio in Coconut Grove.

The balcony has captivating views of the ocean and sailboats. A hurricane-impact Balcony door was just recently installed along with a remote-controlled shade. The setup is a King size bed along with a queen pull-out Sofa. Perfect for a group of 4. There is no Daily room service in this condo hotel but you will be able to enjoy all the amenities that the hotel provides. POOL, GYM, etc

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a condo-hotel, go out for morning runs by the marina, it would not be rare to see peacocks walking the streets.

About this Apartment: This unit is on the 19th floor, and it gives you breath taking views of the City and Bay. There is a Balcony for you to enjoy a Glass of wine at night. 1 King size bed and 1 pull out sofa bed. This is a condo hotel so you can enjoy a hotel like atmosphere in your apartment stay Think: POOL, Jacuzzi, Sauna, GYM, 24-hour concierge, 1 Free Parking space, Ballrooms, Restaurants, ETC!

The beautiful Pool just got renovated.

Laundry is on the 6th floor and needs coins to operate.
Uber is preferred, but since Coconut grove is reshaping into a more walkable place, you can also rent citi bikes or scooters.

Make sure you download the freebee app so you can get free rides on a golf cart. The metro rail is 3 min drive away.

View and location
Great view, nicely furnished and setup apartment. Perfect location to walk around Coconut Grove. The heated rooftop pool was large enough to do laps an also had great views. The kitchen is small, but very useable. The bathroom is very clean and a nice size. The bed was big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Two night short stay
The building is in a quiet, beautiful area outside the bustle of Miami. My husband and I wanted somewhere walkable and laid-back prior to taking a cruise. Coconut Grove is exactly that, and the accommodation does not disappoint. The apartment is perfect for two people was exactly as listed and shown in the photos and is comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant and an ideal place to hang out with great views of the area, The shops and restaurants within quick and easy walking distance are perfect for brunch and a little bit of shopping. The free tram a short walk away is an excellent option for seeing more of the local area. PADL have a kiosk close by if you want to rent paddle boards during your stay. Communication with the owner was delayed at times, but check-in was seamless, particularly as our flight arrived after midnight. We would stay here again, and recommend this apartment if you don’t want the crowds and business of other Miami areas.

The kitchen area and bathroom could use an upgrade. There is mold in the bathroom around the vent. The gym has very old equipmnet. The location is great. We stayed in two units at tge Arya over a month. The quality of the units vary.
